3. How soon will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
4. What if I need to place a large order?
Please contact A Perfect Promotion at 309.263.7832 or firstname.lastname@example.org for orders over 10 apparel items or 50 accessories. Special pricing and shipping will be applied to the order.
5. I can't find what I'm looking for. Can I customize my order?
We'd love to hear your ideas! Please contact 360 Yield Center Support Center at 888-512-4890 or email@example.com for new product requests. 360 Yield Center has partnered with A Perfect Promotion who is a full service promotional agency. We'll work together to offer you items that are relevant to your needs.
6. What if my item doesn’t fit or I need to return it?
All returns/exchanges must be made within 5 days of received date. All apparel must be unworn and unwashed. Please contact Paige Sauder at 309.263.7832 or firstname.lastname@example.org. A standard shipping label will be created for you to print out and ship to us. All return shipping is free within the United States unless expedited shipping is requested. Once returned apparel is accepted, your exchange or refund will be processed.
7. Do you protect my privacy?
Email/contact information will not be sent/sold or distributed to outside companies. We maintain best practices to protect your information, which include appropriate physical as well as electronic security measures.
